Terms for Publishing Job Listings
Effective from: 01.03.2026
These Terms for Publishing Job Listings (hereinafter Terms) govern the publication of job listings in the web environment managed by Ametikoolitus OÜ (hereinafter Autosert). By submitting a job listing, the user (hereinafter User) confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms.
The Terms are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. General provisions
1.1. Autosert provides a web environment where transport companies and job seekers can publish job offers and job-seeking listings.
1.2. Autosert acts solely as a provider of a technical platform (intermediary) for publishing job listings.
1.3. Autosert is not an employer, an employment intermediary within the meaning of the Employment Contracts Act, nor a recruitment agency, and does not participate in the conclusion of employment contracts.
1.4. All agreements are concluded directly between the party publishing the job listing and the person responding to it.
2. Responsibility for job listing content
2.1. The publisher of the job listing bears full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and legality of the information published in the job listing.
2.2. Autosert does not systematically monitor the content of job listings and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the information contained therein.
2.3. Autosert is not responsible for employment contracts, agreements or other transactions concluded between Users.
2.4. Autosert does not guarantee the filling of a vacancy, finding a suitable employee or receiving a job offer.
2.5. The User undertakes to compensate Autosert for any damage arising from the User’s violation of the Terms or applicable law.
3. Permitted and prohibited content
3.1. The User undertakes to publish only true, verified and accurate information.
3.2. It is prohibited to publish job listings that:
— contain false or misleading information;
— violate applicable laws;
— are discriminatory (including on the basis of gender, age, nationality, language, religion, etc.), except where permitted by law;
— contain offensive, threatening or inappropriate content;
— infringe the rights of third parties (including copyrights, trade secrets, personal data);
— are related to illegal activities.
3.3. Autosert has the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
— reject a job listing;
— remove a job listing;
— restrict or terminate the User’s access to the service.
4. Processing of personal data
4.1. Autosert processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection requirements (GDPR and Estonian Personal Data Protection Act).
4.2. Autosert does not sell or disclose Users’ contact details to third parties without a legal basis.
4.3. The publisher of the job listing is responsible for having the right to publish personal data included in the job listing and for ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
4.4. The User understands that information contained in publicly visible job listings becomes accessible to other users.
5. Role of Autosert as intermediary
5.1. Autosert provides only a technical environment for publishing job listings.
5.2. Autosert does not verify or confirm the accuracy of job listings prior to publication.
5.3. Autosert is not responsible for disputes, damages or misunderstandings arising between Users based on job listings.
5.4. Disputes shall be resolved between the parties in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
6. Job listing management
6.1. Autosert has the right to:
— modify the technical formatting of job listings;
— remove outdated or inactive job listings;
— impose time limits on job listings;
— implement additional control measures to prevent abuse.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autosert shall not be liable for:
— the content or accuracy of job listings;
— transactions between Users;
— loss of profit;
— indirect or pecuniary damage arising from the use of the service.
7.2. The User uses the job listings section at their own risk.
8. Amendments to the Terms
8.1. Autosert has the right to unilaterally amend the Terms.
8.2. Amendments enter into force upon publication on the website unless stated otherwise.
9. Governing law and disputes
9.1. The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
9.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in Harju County Court unless otherwise provided by law.
